Ausdeck Spring Upgrade Promotion

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ausdeck Upgrade promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoters

2. Promotion Period

·      The Promotion commences on 1 September 2025 and ends on 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

·      Orders must be confirmed by 30 November 2025.

·      Delivery must occur on or before 19 December 2025.

3. Eligibility

·      The Promotion is open to customers who purchase an Ausdeck Insulated Roofing System within the Promotion Period.

·      The Promotion applies to both Standard and Marine Plus finishes.

·      The Promotion is valid for ribbed and corrugated profiles in the standard colour range.

·      Customer accounts must be in terms. Upgraded products won’t be supplied if accounts are not kept in terms.

4. Offer Details

·      Customers who purchase any Ausdeck Insulated Roofing System during the Promotion Period will receive a free upgrade to the next panel thickness size.

·      Valid for Ausdeck insulated panel thicknesses: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, and 200mm.

·      The free upgrade includes:

o   Receiver channel

o   Barge caps

o   Z flashings

o   Roof screws

·      Upgrades are limited to one size up only (e.g. 50mm → 75mm, 100mm → 125mm, etc.).

5. Exclusions & Limitations

·      The Promotion does not apply to non-Ausdeck products or profiles outside the standard colour range.

·      The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly authorised by the Promoter.

·      The Promotion is subject to stock availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with products of equal or greater value if required.

6. General Conditions

·      Orders must be confirmed by the customer with a signed order and/or deposit by 30 November 2025 to qualify.

·      The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of orders and to disqualify any customer that provides false or misleading details.

·      The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

·      To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion.
