S-5 CLAMPS FOR CORRUGATED ROOFS

The S-5 CorruBracket is also available for corrugated profiles but a weatherproof penetration into the purlins will be required to hold the bracket to the roof.  Butyl sealant protects the metal roof from any water ingress.

The S-5 range of roof clamps and brackets are so strong they are even approved as a secure anchor point for working at heights safety purposes.

GRipperFix can also be fixed directly to profiles such as Trimdek using self-piercing fasteners. Self-drilling fasteners means there is no drilling swarf or rust and the GRipperFix is guaranteed for 25 years.

It comes with factory-applied butyl sealant already in the base, and the reservoir conceals the sealant, preventing UV degradation.

Installation: 

CorruBracket is mounted directly into the supporting structure of the roof, i.e., roof decking, wood or steel purlins, or trusses.

No surface preparation is necessary; simply wipe away excess oils and debris, peel the release paper, align and apply.

Secure through the pre-punched holes using the appropriate screws for the supporting structure.

CORRUBRACKET 500T®

Overview:

CorruBracket 500T is affixed to the crest of the corrugation, leaving the drainage plane free of holes to protect against leaks.

For medium-duty applications, the bracket can be attached directly to the sheeting, accommodating ancillary attachment anywhere along the corrugation.

For heavy‑duty applications, the bracket can be fixed into the underlying substrate for additional support without crushing the corrugation.

Installation: 

CorruBracket 500T is mounted directly onto the crown of the panel, straddling the valley.

Secure directly into the crown of the roof profile by driving the appropriate screws into the six pre-punched holes, or pre-drilling the proper sized hole through the six pre-punched holes and riveting.
