Congratulations: Cadence & Co, winner of Inspired Designs Promotion
Cadence & Co chose Snap-Line45® COLORBOND® steel roofing for its competition winning design for the Charlotte Park residential / acreage property. This bespoke large residential home is keeping with the rolling hillside acreage site in Terrey Hills, NSW.
The prize includes $5,000 and the design will feature in the COLORBOND® steel national magazine.
The spacious family home features soaring ceilings, luxury finishes and traditional craftsmanship throughout.
With an expansive area of roof, the choice of roof construction, material and style was an important factor in creating a strong link between the home and the surrounding land.
Cadence & Co Partner and Design Principal, Michael Kilkeary stated that, “With its steep pitch and multiple gable forms, we wanted a roofing material that was simple in its lines, but which had a scale to match the site.”
Cadence & Co viewed Snap-Line45® as the perfect roofing material for their requirements.
The Snap-Line45® profile features well-defined 45mm high ribs with a wide flat pan, and suits roof, wall cladding or gable applications.
The prominent ribs can be laid horizontally, vertically or diagonally and Snap-Line45® is suitable for roof pitches as low as 1°.
