COVID-19 – Customer Update
Dear Customers
At No1 Roofing, the health and safety of our employees and customers come first.
Like all businesses we are taking specific precautions during the current outbreak of COVID-19 and we want to keep you informed of our current state of operations.
CURRENT OPERATIONS
Due to current health orders our Seven Hills, Regents Park & Preston’s branches will no longer be accepting members of the general public in store to place orders or discuss projects.
We will still be available by phone or email and we will still be making material deliveries.
We will also be operating a “contact and collect” service for small items only – larger items will need to be delivered.
Tradespeople will still be allowed in store as necessary but we also strongly encourage trades to place orders ahead of time and for delivery rather then collection.
People we don’t recognise as our regular trade customers will be asked to provide evidence of their trade.
We apologise for these measures but they are necessary to help keep people safe.
PRODUCT SUPPLY
Presently, we are experiencing no disruption to either the supply of materials or our ability to fill your orders in the normal timeframe. Currently, we foresee no change in our ability to supply products.

Rest assured we are monitoring this developing situation closely. If any major changes occur we will update you immediately.

IMPORTANTLY
Please respect the Social Distancing rules currently in place – they are here to protect all of us and our families.
We ask that anyone who is unwell or has symptoms of Covid-19 stays away from our branches and instead orders remotely.
The wearing of face masks at all times on No.1 premises is now a condition of entry and service.
It is also a requirement that anyone visiting a No.1 premises checks in using the NSW Government QR codes you will see in multiple locations around our premises. If you don’t have a smart phone please approach the counter staff and they can check you in.
Whenever possible please place orders ahead of time so we can get goods ready and limit the amount of time people are spending in our branches and consider delivery as the preferred method for obtaining goods.
Please use email and phone as your primary method of communication as opposed to coming into the branch for face to face interaction.
We do appreciate that this is a change to how we normally do business and thank everyone for their assistance with keeping us all safe and open.
